We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our operational team at The Blossoms, a state-of-the-art Build-to-Rent (BTR) scheme in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and general maintenance of apartments and common areas.
  • Ensure the building's facilities and amenities are well-maintained and meet high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and functionality.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and strategies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in property management maintenance or a related field.

  • Ability to work efficiently, organize tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
