Societe Generale, one of Europe's leading financial services groups, is seeking a Strategic Project Management Officer to join its Human Resources department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the definition and maintenance of project management standards within the HR department.

Key responsibilities include leading multiple projects simultaneously across various sizes and complexity, analyzing existing HR processes, identifying gaps, and implementing resolution projects.

Additionally, the role will involve supporting strategic lead projects such as M&A activities, delivering projects directly or via the extended HR team, managing all project aspects including planning and analysis, budget, scope, schedule, risk, and resource management.

The ideal candidate will have proven PMO/project analyst experience, including understanding of principles and frameworks of successful project management. Experience working in an HR department is desirable, as is understanding of process mapping or business analysis principles.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
