Job Description: Trainer and Assessor for Electrotechnical Programmes

We are looking for an exceptional Trainer and Assessor to join our team at the National Skills Agency, responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment on our Level 3 electrotechnical programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical training, excellent teaching and assessment skills, and the ability to work effectively with learners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, incorporating innovative approaches to meet learner needs.
  • Assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their development.
  • Liaise with other trainers and assessors to ensure seamless delivery of training and assessment services.
  • Participate in continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Electrical qualification, including AM2S or gold card.
  • Proven experience in delivering training and assessment, with a focus on electrotechnical programmes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective working relationships with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
