About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affiliate Marketing professional to lead the development and execution of our global affiliate marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize program performance.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, and manage and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure continued success and growth.
  • Manage the Awin platform for UK, US, and German programs, and create and manage affiliate marketing budgets to ensure efficient return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures, and report on program performance to senior management and the wider team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the ambassador and creative teams, to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of affiliate marketing experience for retail brands, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing program performance.
  • Experience using the Awin platform, and a strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and tactics.
  • High numerical skills, with the ability to analyze performance data and draw insights to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
