About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team at CBRE Enterprise EMEA. The successful candidate will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent system failures and ensure efficient operation.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
  • Physical fitness to perform duties involving manual labor and working at heights.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £45,000, contingent upon location and prior experience.
