About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at OVO Arena Wembley. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the success of world-class events, creating buzz, engaging audiences, and enhancing the overall event experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all marketing and communications areas, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within brand guidelines.
  • Create marketing materials and presentation tools to assist other departments.
  • Maintain and build relationships with partners, promoters, agencies, suppliers, and industry contacts.
  • Liaise directly with ticketing and related partners pre, during, and post-event, monitoring sales, and evaluating all sales promotions.
  • Assist arena event promoters with their marketing activities.
  • Plan and development further marketing strategies for event promotion.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing and communication activities, demonstrating a proactive approach to driving brand awareness and engagement.
