We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team in the Leaving Care service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Team Manager to oversee pathway planning and independence work for care leavers from 16 upwards.
With a protected caseload of 8, you will have the opportunity to focus on developing best practice, supervising students and ASYE workers, and promoting excellence in social work. Our team is dedicated to providing timely support for every child, and we are committed to empowering our staff to have a real impact on children's lives.
As a statutory role, you will require a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England. If you are interested in making a move to a stable and supportive authority with long-term prospects, we encourage you to apply.
Key Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: £45,441 - £48,474
