Aldi UK is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their growing teams throughout South London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and controlling costs. As an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi UK, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimising costs and optimising productivity
  • Management of company property, cost control, and sales figures
  • Regular communication with the Area Manager to ensure best practice in sales development, stock control, and financial management of the store
