About the Role:

Hays Technology is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of priority projects, particularly as we transition to cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional, large-scale projects using project management methodologies and applying governing principles.
  • Implement change management, including delivering training, driving adoption, and closing out projects to bring colleagues on the journey from on-premise to cloud technology.
  • Deliver presentations to colleagues of all levels and effectively communicate complex and/or technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and drive stakeholder management to gain buy-in from challenging stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience of project management in data projects with Azure, AMS, or Google Cloud.
  • Proven experience of implementing change management and delivering training.
  • Excellent communication and solid stakeholder management skills.
