About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hedge Fund Operations Senior Associate to join our team in London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our hedge fund business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to our clients, including trade capture, P&L validation, and cash and position reconciliations.
  • Work closely with our investment and risk teams to ensure accurate and timely risk data and financial reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between our portfolio managers, counterparties, and administrators to ensure seamless interaction and communication.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and manage the accounting and valuation treatment for a variety of asset classes, including equities, futures, fixed income securities, and OTC products.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hedge fund operations, financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, custom database environments, and OMS/PMS systems.
  • VBA experience a plus.
