About the Role
We are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Truro area.
The service provides residential and supported living care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring the highest quality of care and person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong staff management and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
