At Venture Up, we're seeking a highly skilled C++ Senior Software Developer to join our team of innovative software engineers. As a key member of our team, you'll be working closely with quantitative researchers and other talented engineers to build and support systematic trading models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain large-scale distributed systems written primarily in modern C++23, Boost.Asio, and Python 3.
  • Collaborate with research mathematicians, computer scientists, and trading analysts to design and implement trading models.
  • Lead software projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, with a proven track record of success.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and core software development processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of C++ experience in a commercial environment.
  • Project management/leadership experience is a must.
  • Solid understanding of Linux and Git.
