Automotive Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shop Supervisor to join our retail team at Sue Ryder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team of volunteers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Lead a team of volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Work closely with the local community to source donated stock and maintain a well-merchandised shop.
- Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure their success.
- Ensure high standards of merchandising, housekeeping, and health and safety are maintained at all times.
- Manage stock processes to ensure the shop is always well-stocked with fresh, seasonal products.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, promoting the brand and national fundraising initiatives in-store.
