Operations Vice President

The Big Furniture Group is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to lead the organization's daily business and administrative operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily business operations, assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes, and supporting the Minerva Office with rebate submissions and ensuring the team stays on target with biannual payouts. This role requires a strong understanding of operations management and excellent communication skills.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous benefits. You will have the opportunity to work from home, visit the Corsham Office, and travel around the UK and overseas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operations management, process improvement, and team leadership.
