Volunteer Retail Support Position

Sue Ryder's Lordshill charity shop is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Retail Support Worker to help us achieve our goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our shop and contributing to our mission to provide high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Meeting donors, receiving donations, and signing them up for Gift Aid
2. Sorting, labeling, and pricing stock to ensure our shop remains stocked and visually appealing
3. Providing exceptional customer service, including serving customers on the till after training
4. Maintaining shop displays and restocking shelves to create an inviting atmosphere
5. Performing light cleaning and tidying duties to keep the shop clean and organized
