Leadership Team Coordinator for GRL LEGAL

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Fees Clerk at GRL LEGAL, a leading set of Barristers Chambers based in the north of England.
The role offers a competitive salary of £72,500 - £87,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
About the Job:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent administrative and leadership skills to manage the fees process and provide exceptional customer service to barristers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the fees process, including processing payments and chasing outstanding invoicesProvide exceptional customer service to barristers, clients, and other stakeholdersWork closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement policies and proceduresContribute to the development of the Chambers' strategy and business planRequirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant subject, such as law or business administration
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
