Precision Pump Shaft Centre Lathe Turner

We are seeking a skilled precision metal fabricator to work in our Liverpool facility.

About the Role:

• Utilizing precision drawings, manufacture and supply high-quality shafts up to 4m in length for various industries.
• Responsibilities include machining of exotic metals and fabrication of precision components for blue chip companies.

Key Requirements:

• Time served (NVQ 3 or Equivalent)
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
• Previous experience with turning precision pump shafts and machining exotic metals
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Effective communication skills with colleagues and management
• Meticulous attention to detail

Salary: £16.63 - £17.77 per hour (basic), with potential earnings of £45k - £48k per annum including overtime (dependent on skills and experience).
