About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to join our team at Frasers Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience working in a similar role. They will be responsible for leading the finance function and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the finance function and developing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Owning the accounting of the Group's many acquisitions under IFRS 3 Business Combinations and necessary disclosure in the Group and subsidiary financial statements.
  • Liaising with Administrators and external advisors to ensure transactions are fully understood and documented.
  • Owning and presenting the potential impact of acquisitions on the Frasers Group PLC financial statements to the Chief Accountant and Director of Finance to support the budgeting & forecasting process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience working in a similar role. They will be highly motivated and able to meet deadlines, showing resilience in the face of change and able to work in a fast-paced commercial environment where priorities are constantly changing.

Salary and Benefits

Frasers Group offers a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including retail discounts, gym membership, and access to training and development opportunities.
