Electrical Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified electrician to join our team as an electrical trainer. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering theory and practical training to apprentices, from health and safety and installation to fault finding and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing and delivering training sessions
  2. Conducting practical assessments
  3. Updating learner records and carrying out learner progress reviews
  4. Monitoring attendance and learning progress

Requirements:

  1. Fully qualified electrician with at least five years' experience
  2. Full driving licence
  3. Good IT skills
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Nurturing and encouraging personality
