">As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching team to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. Your role will involve assisting teachers in lesson planning and delivery, developing and implementing strategies to promote student progress, and collaborating with the teaching team to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

">Requirements
">Applicants should possess a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or significant experience working with children with SEN. A strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions is essential, as well as up-to-date Safeguarding training. An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or a willingness to process a new application is also required.
