Job Title: Lift Installation Project Manager

Are you a skilled lift engineer looking to take on a new challenge in project management? We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee large-scale lift installation and modernisation projects. As a Lift Installation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of lift projects across both commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee each project from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
* Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Coordinate subcontractors and site teams, ensuring efficient resource use.
* Maintain project timelines and budgets, taking corrective actions when needed.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on all sites.

Requirements:

* Experienced lift engineer looking for progression into a project management role.
* Knowledgeable about site safety and risk assessment/management.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
