Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HGV Driver to join our team at South57 Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering building materials safely to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate HGV vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Hold a current Class 1 or Class 2 (Cat C & E) licence and a current HIAB crane licence.
  • Have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a Builders Merchant environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including ALLMI and CPC requirements.
Requirements:
  • Valid HGV licence and clean driving record.
  • HIAB crane licence.
  • ALLMI and up-to-date CPC.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
  • Flexibility to work long hours and weekends.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
