Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

\

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of engineers in defining the electrical power systems for the UK's next-generation SSN design. You will be responsible for managing the processes and reviews of technical documentation, associated technical risks, assumptions and dependencies.

\

You will also provide advice on electrical power technical aspects across a broad range of engineering disciplines and engage with customers and suppliers to provide solutions to complex problems.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering background and hold an Engineering Chartership (or equivalent experience demonstrated).

\

You will also require significant knowledge of AC and DC electrical power systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and team leadership experience.

\
