Salary: Up to £45,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth
  • Manage a team of 5 direct reports, providing guidance and coaching to ensure outstanding performance
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leaders
  • Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with a strong track record of success
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a finance team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Part-qualified or QBE status, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
