About the Role

This key position will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement across the Operations team. As a leader, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a new team from the ground up, leveraging best practices and implementing new capabilities as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams across the Value Stream Management to ensure end-to-end solutions.
  • Consult with customers on digital development and improvement projects, translating their needs into clear tasks and deliverables.
  • Analyse data, visualise insights, and provide specific recommendations to drive business performance.
  • Automate workflows to minimise manual tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Catalogue, maintain, and manage business-owned tools.
  • Standardise analysis methodology and KPI data monitoring.
  • Support Service Delivery Managers in achieving time, cost, quality, and performance objectives.
  • Interface with stakeholders to align process, methods, and tools.
  • Investigate root causes of audit findings, quality escapes, and safety reports, and implement corrective actions.
  • Define competency and training programs for the Operations team.
  • Deliver or facilitate training programs.

Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in engineering, aerospace, or operations management.
  • Negotiation-level English language proficiency.
  • Ability to solve problems through data analysis.
  • Excellent G Suite skills.
  • Experience with data management, stakeholder management, and customer orientation.
  • Understanding of Performance Management (SQCDP) and Safety Management Systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
