About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One, a leading provider of high-quality care services. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care that truly comes from the heart. You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and eating, as well as supporting them with their social needs.
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
- Assist residents with personal care activities, including washing, dressing, and eating.
- Support residents with their social needs, including recreational activities and communication.
- Work collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrates kindness, empathy, and understanding when interacting with residents.
