Rapha is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Sustainability Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy, ensuring the business meets its sustainability commitments, including carbon reduction, circularity, and ethical labour practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ESG strategies to drive sustainability and reduce environmental impact
  • Collaborate with key departments to drive impactful initiatives and support sustainability reporting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to promote sustainable practices
  • Contribute to the development of Rapha's annual impact report and communicate sustainability performance to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ESG and sustainability leadership
