About the Role:

The Cambian Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Class Teacher to join our team at Chesham House School, a specialist provision for young people with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons, ensuring the department and school achieve their goals. You will work closely with the Headteacher and other staff members to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Manage classes effectively, using approaches that motivate and engage learners.
  • Manage student anxiety and create a safe and enjoyable working environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
