About the Role

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize the use of site assets and ensure existing equipment operates at peak efficiency.
  • Contribute to the exploration of new manufacturing techniques and take initiative in enhancing energy and utilities efficiency to achieve cost savings.
  • Engage in cross-functional teamwork to maintain a consistent and adaptable approach to ongoing improvement.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and follow the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) system diligently and punctually.
  • Fulfill all necessary statutory documentation requirements.
Requirements
  • Mechanical engineering background with a sound grasp of health and safety regulations.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with experience in manufacturing or process operations, demonstrating proficiency in planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
  • Fault finding skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently.
  • Highly motivated and willing to pursue additional personal development supported by the company.
