Technical Manager

Finlay Jude Associates is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing product and process development activities to meet company R&D and Marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise customers on fabric selection, specification inquiries, and properties.
  • Coordinate internal and external non-conformances/complaints to ensure timely root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
  • Provide on-time release documentation to customers in accordance with stated requirements.
  • Monitor Cost of Quality KPIs and implement necessary corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems/standards and customer requirements.
  • Recruit, hire, and train technical staff.
  • Motivate and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in textiles or chemical manufacturing is essential.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in the relevant field.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mentality and critical thinking skills.
