Inventory Management Team Member

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Supply Chain Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process from order receipt to delivery, working closely with internal departments and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process daily deliveries from the supply base, checking off stocks per supplier delivery note and noting any discrepancies.
- Pick and package orders as required, segregating them for dispatch/collection from carriers.
- Locate goods received that are not for picking into racking as per process, ensuring correct product placement to minimize cross-picking.
- Run daily Van Stock demand reports (by region by day - Mon to Thurs) and bulk-upload them.
- Van stock reports are picked according to quantity required, labels printed, and boxed ready for dispatch/collection.
- Highlight and escalate any Van stock order queries for resolution (Min/Max levels set against non-Van stock items).
- Daily review of all Van Stocked items for supplier ordering/replenishment required and place orders with preferred suppliers for next-day delivery.
- Update Cash 4 Windows Grid/Jobs and set reason code to 'stock with engineer.'
- Complete daily KPI reports, including ordered vs dispatched and number of consignments collected (Tracker).
- Review daily Finance purchase order report 'outstanding' to ensure all delivered orders have been goods-received and either Cash 4 Windows or Sage 200 updated.
- Ensure Fire Extinguisher deliveries are goods-received and stock put away into required floor-picking locations.
- Ensure FEMP engineer collections are transferred onto their Van Stock.
- Support e-commerce picking and dispatching as needed.
- Keep the warehouse tidy and clean throughout the day.
- Put daily returns from Royal Mail back into stock where applicable and adjust engineers' Van Stock accordingly.
- Deal with and locate WEEE waste in the correct containers.

- Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous but not essential).
£26,500 - £32,000 per annum.
