">About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Tennis Coach to join our team at The All England Lawn Tennis Club Community Tennis Centre (Raynes Park) and The Wimbledon Qualifying and Community Sports Centre (Roehampton). As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of junior tennis programs, events, and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to junior players, focusing on skill development and game awareness.
  • Support the Community Head Coach in planning and implementing junior tennis programs, including warm-up sessions, group lessons, and individual coaching.
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of programs and events.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating junior tennis tournaments and events, ensuring smooth execution and excellent player experience.
Requirements
  • Up-to-date LTA coach accreditation and ongoing professional development.
  • Minimum Level 3 or 4 qualification in tennis coaching, including DBS disclosure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage with players, parents, and colleagues.
  • Passion for junior tennis development and commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
