This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in teaching and leadership. As the Head of MFL Program Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our modern foreign languages program, ensuring that it meets the highest standards and prepares our students for success in an increasingly globalized world.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, surrounded by dedicated colleagues who share your passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the MFL program, including curriculum design and delivery
  • Lead a team of teachers and support staff to ensure effective program implementation
  • Monitor student progress and adjust program strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to language learning

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in teaching and leadership roles
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful educational programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Education or related field
