Job Description:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Integration and Validation Programme Manager to join our client within the defence industry. As a key member of the programme management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration and validation of complex systems and equipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the programme are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities will include planning and executing integration and validation activities, managing and reporting on programme progress, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing integration and validation activities, including the development of detailed test plans and procedures.
  • Managing and reporting on programme progress, including the preparation of regular status reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, including the development and implementation of necessary documentation and controls.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the programme are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum. Benefits include competitive base salary, company bonus, pension contributions, overtime opportunities, flexi-leave, and enhanced parental leave.
