About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As a key member of our finance and technology teams, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of our Anaplan implementation, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver our roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our existing Anaplan applications, models, and process flows.
  • Own and review process documentation and training materials to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Provide escalation support for urgent and significant business-as-usual issues.
  • Ensure the accurate integration of monthly actuals from our ERP system.
  • Design and implement new developments and redesign existing areas as required, covering the entire lifecycle.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Group FP&A, finance, and tech teams.
  • Oversee user management and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Anaplan key contacts, including contract renewal, training, and support.
  • Lead and coach a team of Anaplan model builders and administrators.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Anaplan Solution Architect with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. You should have a proven track record of managing and coaching teams, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Finance, or a related analytics field.
  • Anaplan Certification (Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner).
  • Strong Anaplan design and implementation experience.
  • Financial modeling expertise.
  • Experience in forecasting and budgeting, with a proven track record in a commercial and analytical environment.
  • Team leadership experience, with the ability to manage and coach team members.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
