Corporate Sales Director

About Us:We are a multi-site hospitality operator managing a diverse portfolio of venues and brands across the North West, including prime locations in Manchester and Leeds. Our company specializes in creating unforgettable experiences in our unique spaces, and we're seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead our efforts in driving corporate events in the heart of Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage booking platforms such as Design My Night, Tagvenue, Headbox, and others.
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales, ensuring our spaces are booked year-round.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
- Oversee event logistics, from venue selection to catering, entertainment, and decor.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless execution of confirmed events.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in both inbound and outbound sales, particularly in the hospitality and events sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in planning and executing a variety of events including conferences, networking events, and corporate gatherings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- A team-focused mentality with a positive, 'can do' attitude.
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends during peak event times.

Schedule:

Experience Required:
