The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective treatment plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as washing, toileting, dressing, and undressing.
  • Support residents with limited mobility, utilizing aids and equipment to promote independence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring residents receive tailored support.
  • Engage with residents in social activities, promoting their hobbies and interests.
  • Escort residents to and from appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Requirements:

  • Must be an RGN with a strong commitment to patient care.
  • 3 years of experience in patient care is required.
  • NMC registration is mandatory.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with 42 hours per week.
  • Competitive hourly rate of £20.07-£21.00.
  • Life insurance benefits.

Location: In-person work at our care home.
