Job Summary:
- Manage labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to ensure construction activities are carried out safely and in accordance with the programme.
- Budget and quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Requirements:
- PTS card.
- Education to NVQ Level 3.
- Experience working on large projects.
- Previous experience at supervisory level.
