About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Arrow Mill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with our Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

About You

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. If you're passionate about fresh food cookery and have a passion for creating delectable dishes, we'd love to hear from you.
