Key Responsibilities
  • Data Architecture and Design

Develop, construct, test, and maintain data architecture that aligns with business needs and supports the delivery of scalable data solutions.

Data Quality and Efficiency

Identify ways to maintain and improve data quality, efficiency, and reliability, and support the business leads in identifying key efficiencies that can be leveraged from the data platform.

Cloud Data Engineering

Design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines with a focus on ELT applications, and ensure that our data is secure and accessible for business and regulatory reporting.

Requirements
  • Technical Skills

Proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries, transforming, and analysing data and modelling, as well as experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Business Acumen

Strong understanding of business needs and the ability to align data architecture with business objectives, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Regulatory Knowledge

Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to cloud and data consumption, including FCA, PRA, and BOE regulations.
