Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, high-quality, customer-focused Health and Safety and Compliance service to our properties, customers, staff, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the compliance team effectively, you will work closely with colleagues in all teams to facilitate engagement with health and safety activities across the organisation.
  • You will use various channels such as briefings, presentations, training, and collaborative workshop sessions to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities.
  • Coordinate Occupational Health assessments for staff and ensure all aspects of the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974), Building Safety Act, and other Health and Safety legislation are met within legal, financial, time, and policy constraints.

Requirements:

  • Assess any new and changing Regulation, Legislation, and Approved Codes of Practice.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety matters.
