About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in the East Midlands. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to develop their sales career, with full training and multiple paths for career progression.

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business, managing and nurturing an existing client portfolio, playing an active role in developing future sales strategy, leading tender processes, and communicating value-driven cost increases.

As part of a high-performing team, you will build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and quickly resolve any customer issues with excellent service.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring field sales experience, a strong drive to succeed, and a genuine passion for sustainable solutions. A background in technical sales, such as in the pharmaceutical, engineering, or manufacturing industries, could be a great fit.

A clean, full UK driver's licence is essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus commission of up to £10,000, making your total earnings potential £45,000.
