About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Ballymore. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents, guests, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a high level of visibility and presence on the estate, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all
* Meet and greet residents, guests, and clients, providing excellent customer service
* Communicate effectively with the Concierge team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations
* Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, escalating to management as necessary
* Conduct regular building rounds and patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, security breaches, and other relevant information
* Collaborate with the Estates Team to review and maintain policies, company rules, and quality standards
* Provide a high level of service to residents, responding to requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

* Current SIA Licence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Polite and confident demeanor, with a high level of patience and empathy
