Job Title: Street Homeless Team Manager

We are partnering with a Local Authority in Enfield to fill a Street Homeless Team Manager position on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support officers in reducing rough sleeping in Enfield.
  • Engage with individuals who are homeless, with complex needs, and are street homeless or at risk of becoming street homeless.
  • Collaborate with internal and external agencies to provide comprehensive support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a small team.
  • Commitment to working with vulnerable individuals, resilience, empathy, and data reporting skills.

Important Notes:

  • You should be available to start immediately or at short notice.
  • You must have the right to work in the U.K.
  • This role requires an enhanced DBS.
