About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced underwriter with a strong track record of managing professional indemnity risks. They will have a deep understanding of the market and be able to develop and implement effective underwriting strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement underwriting strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of professional indemnity risks, including negotiating rates, terms, and conditions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients and brokers
  • Contribute to the development of the company's professional indemnity business plan and strategy
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
