SEN Teaching Assistant

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field, and previous experience working with individuals with special educational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with special educational needs in their learning and development
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals and help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with personal care and help students with their social and emotional well-being
- Relevant degree and experience working with individuals with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
