Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Stannah, a leading family-owned manufacturing and engineering company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a variety of industrial lifts and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining, refurbishing, and repairing passenger and goods lifts. You will be responsible for providing senior-level expertise and overseeing the quality and safety of our field engineers and subcontractors.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and leadership abilities, enabling you to effectively manage site surveys, produce reports, and assist with commissioning refurbished lifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair industrial lifts and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct site surveys and produce detailed reports on dilapidation and technical aspects.
  • Lead a team of field engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for improving lift maintenance and repair processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a lift engineer or technician.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lift maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.
  • Full driving licence.
Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
