About the Role

The successful candidate will be a crucial part of our team, predominantly working in our workshop to build designs from our talented team. Occasional travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installing and Commissioning: Installing and commissioning bespoke machines, sub-assemblies, and components.
  • Training and Support: Training operators and engineers on the correct and safe operation of equipment, providing remote and on-site support for breakdowns, repairs, and services.
  • Fault Finding and Auditing: Conducting electrical and mechanical fault finding at component level, auditing customer machines and premises.
  • Design Feedback and Improvement: Offering feedback to design engineers for improvements and modifications.
  • General Workshop Duties: Performing general workshop duties as needed, assembling and testing heat-sealing components and assemblies, inspecting goods upon arrival, assisting colleagues with their duties, collecting and delivering goods as required.
Requirements:
  • Background in Electrical Engineering: Background in Electrical Engineering with Mechanical Engineering understanding.
  • Certificate or Diploma: Certificate or Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Experience working with commercial electrical systems.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills.
  • Team Player: Team player with a willingness to complete tasks outside of the primary role.
