Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and repairs to a variety of vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs: You will be responsible for carrying out routine servicing and repairs to a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, and other light commercial vehicles.
- MOT Testing: You will be responsible for conducting MOT tests on vehicles to ensure that they meet the required safety and environmental standards.
- Diagnostic Testing: You will be responsible for using diagnostic equipment to identify faults in vehicles and carrying out repairs as necessary.
- Paperwork and Administration: You will be responsible for ensuring that all paperwork and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: You will need to be a fully qualified Automotive Technician with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Driving Licence: You will need to hold a current and valid UK driving licence.
- Tools and Equipment: You will need to have your own set of tools and equipment to carry out the role.
- Communication Skills: You will need to have excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: You will receive a competitive salary of up to £37,000 basic.
- Monday to Friday Working Hours: You will work Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, with no weekends or overtime required.
