Hydraulic Maintenance Specialist

Pertemps Daventry is a renowned recruitment agency currently seeking a skilled Hydraulic Maintenance Specialist for one of our esteemed clients based in the Daventry area.
- This role involves performing essential maintenance and servicing of various hydraulic equipment, diagnosing technical issues, and repairing or replacing worn-out spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out thorough inspections of assigned equipment under the supervision of the Workshop Foreman, ensuring accurate and neat job cards are completed.
- Repair a range of hydraulic equipment as directed by the Workshop Foreman.
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality in equipment repairs and refurbishments.
- Evaluate and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Foreman to prepare repair quotations and job cards.
- Identify and report any potential hazards to the Workshop Foreman for prompt mitigation.
- Assist with other tasks as deemed reasonable by the company, commensurate with your skills and expertise.
- Embody company values, adhering to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.
- A valid driving license and prior driving experience may be advantageous.
Salary Estimate: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits.
Working Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with regular breaks and flexible working arrangements available.
